It's been a pleasure interacting with Better Homes over the last five years. We have been living at a property managed by Better Homes since 2015 and have received good response overall from the current team of Ms. Sheba and Ms. Wilma. In the past, Sheldon and Krowen have been extremely cooperative. When our tenancy contract came up for renewal, looking at current situation of children having to continue schooling from home while I needed to work from home, we decided to move from 1 Bedroom to 2 Bedroom. Due to our past experience with Better Homes, we thought of exploring options in the same property rather than search elsewhere. We informed Ms. Sheba and Ms. Wilma of our requirement with budget amount. All available options in the same property were shared with us, giving us the luxury to chose what fits our pocket. They coordinated in a timely manner with the landlord and we were able to move residences within the same property without having to stretch our budget. Extremely delighted with the professional manner in which the renewal was handled by Ms. Sheba and Ms. Wilma.

I have been a client of Better homes for many years and I tried others before but Better Homes is more professional helping me with all my requests . I used to deal with a nice person called Archeival , he is very supportive and responds shortly to all our queries regarding my unit .I really recommend you to deal with such company and person.
A very dissatisfactory experience with my property renewal experience, dealt by property supervisor at Better Homes. I have been living at the property with my family since last 2 years and our tenancy contract was due for renewal in the month of January 2021. I have been paying rental for this property as 50K every year since last 2 years in one cheque every time, this time I requested property supervisor to connect with the home owner and negotiate the rental due to current property market situation. Property supervisor informed me that the Owner was not willing to negotiate the price and the last offer would be to renew it for 47K. Finally, we vacated the property and moved to another place, having a full refund of our deposit (surely, we were good tenants), but only to see that this apartment was now advertised for 38K!! Shockkked!! It only makes us feel: 1. That in order to gain a new Sales commission, the better homes team denied us a negotiation. 2. We don't even know if the home owner is aware that he was going to get a better deal with his current tenants, otherwise why would someone agree to advertise less than what we offered. 3. Neither did the Better homes team get in touch with us to show us any other properties that they had with them within our budget. Unfortunately a higher priority was to make commission out of it rather than retaining current tenants in this pandemic situation. We are writing our experience so that Better Homes can look into the matter and create better customer service/retention in future for their clients.
We were lucky to work with Better Homes. Especially with Alex Devenport, who is an outstanding example of professional real estate agent. He was patient, kept us informed and honest. We'd be happy to work with him again and have already recommended him to others. He is a real asset to your firm.
Wow. How time really flies. What more can i say! It's been a year since we moved at Al Meraikhi Tower, Sheikh Zayed Rd., Dubai. and it feels like home, clean and secure GYM, SAUNA, HOT TUB, POOL and PARKING LOT not to mention how accessible the location is. Near at the metro station/transportation access and supermarkets. Also want to thank the management that been so courteous and always look the best for us. Beautiful Ms. Sheba and Lovely Ms. Wilma, many thanks for always listening and make immediate actions on us/we/our concerns and making it your top priorities. Good Security and Maintenance.
