I joined Better Placed shortly after graduating from University. From the get-go, I was welcomed by the whole team and given all the help, support, and guidance that was needed for my first professional job. The Directors and senior management team have created an environment that allows you to grow as an individual and thrive within the business. I was given autonomy on amazing accounts and as the environment is so collaborative, placements came quick and fast. I am unbelievably grateful for my time spent here and will always look back with fondness. Good luck with everything guys, I’ll miss you all! Reason for leaving: decided to pursue another career path.

UNBELIEVABLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!! Starting as a fresh faced graduate, Better Placed offered great training and development to help me develop in to a well networked Senior Consultant. The company is built on fantastic values providing freedom go out and build your own #realnetwork with some of the UK's most recognisable brands. With regular social events Better Placed have created a culture that is attractive for so many people in so many ways, I certainly can't imagine many companies would compare! The three Directors remain firmly involved with day to day activity offering their individual support and advice where needed to help everyone achieve their ambitions. I have loved every minute at BPR - from my relationships with candidates and clients to the close knit environment across the London, Leeds, & Manchester offices. I couldn't recommend the company highly enough whether you are a marketing candidate looking for your next step, a company looking to grow, or of course a graduate or consultant looking to join a recruitment career that is 2nd to none! You won't be disappointed :)
