Totally disappointing. He advertises himself as an experienced Matra-Simca and he is warm when facing clients, but the price to pay for this is high. He acted as a great liar. Our talbot stayed 4 months in the garage for a effective work of 4 days. Long conversations about oldtimers and deep explanations of the works, maybe trying to cheat us saying that a 5 minutes work took him 6 hours. Of course, my husband was not stupid and knew exactly how long was it taking. But the owner kept passing by two details: the current price and what was next. Our fault, that we allowed him to go on. After all, it was not the first time dealing with him and he was supposed to be trustworthy. If I was garagist, I would never dare to do this with a usual client. But he did. In the last week of works, without any logical basis, declared that it was 5000. Change the cylinderhead, the cardan and one brake. He told us that it was "necessary" to take out the engine to change the cylinderhead: no garagist had been done this before, so, as a personal choice, my husband supposed that this lost hours were on him. We ask him then to paint slightly the motorhole. At the end, we had to pay for these hours and for many other invented hours (he charged also maybe the time spent with us being "friendly"). It is not the first time that Peter keeps avoiding answering a question: he did when, after a reparation, the motor of another car was still leaking oil. Probably he was too proud of himself to recognise any fault. We just decided to ignore this bad detail. It was a bad decision. Now I realize that he is a real professional, but not exactly in car reparation. And I prefer not to give my opinion regarding his honesty... What another garagist told me reflects the reality: "jullie waren bedrogen"

Atención peligro, primero pedir siempre factura, me explico deje mi vehiculo para cambiar la junta de culata, revisar frenos traseros y cambiar un cardan. Para Navidad me manda una foto en la que a sacado el motor sin avisar pido explicaciones y me contesta que es por su comodidad, resumiendo en febrero fue mi mujer al taller y todavia estaba sin terminar pero le da un bisteken de 5.000 pueden imaginarse 3.000 en mano de obra menos mal que es un simple Talbot Solara. A dia de hoy sigue sin solución el señor Peter vive en su nube con mi vehiculo habiendo pagado 3.000 el señor Peter solo quiere negociar el no pagar los impuestos. Tengan cuidado es la segunda vez que lleve mis Talbot no se fien porque si tienen un problema con la reparación este señor no contesta. No es serio con el cliente.
