Love this store when I get chance to pop in. Not today though, as I waited patiently in the checkout queue with three selected items to pay for. The sole checkout operator was less than interested in my custom. He scanned my items than told me that as I wanted to make a card payment they were having trouble with the internet and it would be cash!! In a time of Covid most stores only want card payments, and I didn't have that amount with me. So he left me at the checkout without any explanation and went and served a click and collect customer instead. Less than polite in my opinion. I waited several minutes and he didn't return. Hope he enjoyed putting my items back on the shelves, I'll go elsewhere in future.

Efficient and friendly store. Rang to buy a new car battery which was in stock. Had it expertly by fitted by the store technician in minutes. Got a good discount with my trade card too. With 5 year warranty! Well pleased!

Went to get a car headlight bulb replaced. The guy was friendly and then advised me of the free car check they were offering. He came out and replaced the bulb, a wiper blade and gave the car and battery a check. Highly recommend.

Can’t fault the shop or the staff. It’s a clean tidy shop with plenty of choice and the staff are happy to help. However, I have taken off one star as my e-receipt never arrived (all junk folders etc checked) yet I did receive a survey about my visit. This means I have no proof of purchase or warranty on the item (not happy about that) so great store and staff but say no to getting an e-receipt
