Just purchased a new Focus Active. Although we only initially went into the showroom to browse, the support and guidance that we received led us very quickly to the decision to purchase. We were given really clear advice on the various options in putting the car together, and we felt the cost to change was very fair. There was no pressure to buy, rather our decision came from the quality of the help given by Andy in sales. Now had the car for almost a month, and delighted with its performance, not least the technical specification. Overall a very positive experience at every stage, probably the best I've had to date in buying a car.

Didn't wanna do this because I was initially impressed with them but I've had nothing but problems with the car and despite 3 visits to their garage they can't seem to fix it. I bought from a big dealer like right car to ensure a hassle free experience but it's been anything but. The car has had several issues that shouldn't have been missed by their prep team but the main one is a clunk from the rear, they seem incapable of fixing this and keep giving me the car back with the same issue, very frustrating. I was also told the fuel economy of the vehicle would be 48 mpg round town no problem, its 35!!! Just plain mis selling, I was willing to look past this but I'm at the end of my Tether now This is just plain incompetence
