Vodafone is a joke. Their customer support has no idea what the stores's policy is. One of their online support reps set me up with a subscription, which their own courier refused to hand over due to me not owning a passport. Despite the rep assuring me that I don't need one. Later on they sent me to the store, after already porting my number over, assuring me that the store employee will be able to help. Lo and behold, they also refused to give me a subscription without a passport, stating that their customer service rep is wrong. Now I'm stuck with my number reported over to Vodafone, them refusing to give me the darn Sim card. Complete joke!

A phone Store to go to, very understanding, great support, variety of phones, internet with high speed. Home internet supply. Good customer care, Always there for customers. I Recommend Them to all who are interested in becoming a customers at Vodafone.
