I was working at werehouse in central of this company in Beverwijk. Always problems with money. Guy in HR inform us "money is very good like for Holland's conditions" - 1580 euro brutto. When You ask about Your money You hear "money is not important,you work for company,we can find people on the street which going to work for 800 euro brutto"... Teamleader treat us " I can make you problems and you will never find work nowhere in Nederland" , zero organization of work,zero comunication - everyone talks diffrent bullhits. I was waiting since November till March for my money for overtime.Extra hours paid 100% - nothing extra. Sometimes tried to force You to go somewhere - You normal work time is 9-18 but You start at 6 - go to Belgium and come back at 23:30 - all paid 100%,after one month if You will fight for it.You have to work with kitchen knives in werehouse but boss is bringing cake because he bought new mercedes.Samim is only one of leaders which have any idea how to care about employees and how to talk and work with people.But one person cant handle all this stuff...

Voor dat je hier iets koopt kijk eerst even op de website van Wam Denim of er een prijsverschil ishet kan je zo maar voordeel op leveren. Kleding die in de winkel gekocht is kan terug gebracht worden ze geven nooit geld terug alleen een tegoedbon. Kleding gekocht bij de webwinkel kan retour gezonden worden en je krijgt de aankoopbedrag terug.

Onlangs twee overhemden besteld. Een van de twee voldeed niet aan mijn verwachting dus heb ik hem teruggestuurd met als voorstel dat zij degene die ik wel voor ogen had op zouden sturen. Dit ipv geld retouneren en dat ik weer opnieuw zou moeten bestellen. Twee dagen later kreeg ik de goede geleverd. Klasse!
