Great sales team, site staff and crew all seem friendly too. Loved this place so much, I bought a house!

Currently still has significant building works ongoing . The houses I've seen look large enough however parking can be an issue

Complete waste of time prebooked to view the Evesham only to be told no its been sold we travelled over 120miles for nothing why they couldnt have phone to warn us and let us make that decision is beyond me....won't be dealing with this company again ...

We were interested in a five bedroom house, offered to pay a deposit to ensure our plot but were told that was not possible. Our names were first to be put down on this plot and we were ensured that as soon as this plot was available ie. building work to be started plus exact price we would be called. The ‘move maker’ was suggested and we were told that our house would be put on with an estate agent they recommended and the two houses would then complete together, we were promised that DWH would pay the agents fees and also of a potential perk of paying Stamp Duty. Fast forward to last weekend, imagine my horror when l went in for any update of the plot starting and hey presto the plot is sold already? How has that happened last l heard it didn’t even have a price, the figures were 610,000-640,000, in fact it sold to a first time buyer at 590,000. The salesman was unhelpful and rather rude, only saying ‘first come first serve’ and ‘are you in a position to precede anyway?’ Had we been kept informed as promised we could of indeed proceeded immediately without selling our current home. I am disappointed with the way we were treated and spoken to, word of warning to other potential buyers be careful what you are promised, there’s a high chance of it not turning out as expected.
