Lady at self scan was excellent , store well stock , lovely food . We miss Teresa she was always lovely, but I must say most of your staff are very helpful. Well done M&S Bexhill.

An absolute dream to shop here today. I was admitted very quickly due to a short queue. (It was my first day time shop in almost 3 months!). There were no stupid arrows to follow autonomously around the shop! The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The goods were fresh and they had everything that was on my shopping list ... Plus more! You can't go wrong with M&S! I am looking forward to the whole store and their canteen opening.

No men's clothing being sold unless you want dressing gowns. No attempt to cater for the male in this shop. Could have made an effort to make a male section downstairs while upstairs is shut. Social distancing on the foodhall and ladies clothes section is extremely poor also. Won't be coming here again

M&S is what it is; you know you will get good food and nice-ish clothes and pay a little over the top for the better quality; however, I do not expect the ...I can only call it 'mean' attitude of the staff- not all but most have an 'attitude' , hard to define but there's a slightly superior, look down the nose sense from them. I've taught customer service and know what good cs should be. I also know that this is not an easy job, customers can be horrible , but I've always shown a respect and gratitude to people who 'serve' me and do not expect to feel 'down' after a shopping trip. I won't be using M&S at Ravenside again and suggest the staff are given a re-training session
