My 5 star rating is for Tracey. Because she actually cared about my issue, she asked more questions that helped resolve it. If she did what most other bank staff do which is say go online or we can't do that in store. She asked me what I was trying to achieve and helped me sort something, which if I did have to go online. I would of had to go back to branch to resolve. (sounds like I'm talking in riddles) Any way thank you Tracey for your help. I recognise you from the welling branch, that has now been closed for years. You are obviously very loyal to HSBC, I hope you get the recognition you deserve. Exceptional service Tracey, caring and helpful.

Have been with this Bank for nearly 50 years, started with Midland, so far never had a problem & great staff

The advisor gave me the wrong advice on the service they will be able to provide within the branch. It only turns out to be a wasted journey. Their staffs need better training.
