Please do not bank with this bank!!!!! They closed my account down two years ago with 850 in there and never bothered to give my money back! They broke 2 laws relating to my funds. They held my money for over 2 years!!! Also took my money and never gave it back !! This is not on! Still back and forth on the phone to them! I went homeless because of them that was the last of my money that they took and never gave it back! I hope someone from Metro actually cares and sorts this whole issue out!! please.

Worst bank ever, my account was frozen without any notifications. I called to know what's going on & only to be told to explained my last transaction(who sent me money) i was given an email to send to, which i did and waited endlessly for feedback but didn't get any. I kept calling & mailing & still no reasonable reasons or information. Just had my baby via CSECTION & with complications, hence i couldn't go to the bank. Alas 2months aftet numerous mails & calls, even letting them know my circumstances, boom i was told that my account has been close. Such a wicked decision which didn't end there, only for me to found out that they've reported me as a fraud hence making other 2banks i have close my account & unable to open new. I will be going nextweek to sort it, because such act can ruin things if care not taken. I need to clear my name as a fraud which they've tagged me before it goes beyond this. Such a useless, evil bank. Thank God i have all the mails sent to them documented as evidences.

Been with this bank for 4 years and have never had a bad service. They even remember me each time even if I haven't visited for months! So pleasant always recommend to my friends to join up with how great the customer service is and the help they've been when I have questions and issues.

Beware of metro bank as they will close your acc anytime without any reason . My acc been closed by metro bank with held whole of my family money 400000 without any reason. We have no food for baby,can not pay rent , direct debit all withrawn . Keep asking me proved every single transaction where the money come from. I think if you can not prove any transaction,your money will go into metro bank forever. Now 19-6-2020. I still can not get my money back. I need to contact FCA and odbudsman to step in. I called today to metro bank ,they keep repeating the same answere to wait and wait and wait for the head office response. Please read all metro bank review on every branch review before you go to this bank..
