Convenient place to reach, staff are very helpful. However, the age of technology means NatWest makes human interaction minimal, so number of staff at counters is just down to one or two, and so there is always a queue as many folk who bank here are not technically minded to handle sometimes difficult cash transactions. Any NatWest branch that has adequate number of staff is somewhat of a luxury. Compare this spartan service to the Metro bank layout, it begs the question is it worth remaining a loyal customer?

This was the first time I've visited Natwest Bexleyheath. I found all staff very helpful and considerate. My queries were dealt with quickly and politely. Having read the reviews of others I had low expectations. Having now visited the branch I was really impressed with the staff. Yes, the branch seems a bit dated, but that doesn't affect the service of a bank.

Very poor customer service and very rude. The NatWest member of staff shouted at me when I asked why she was talking to someone not in the queue, that had interjected, when I had been waiting a long time in the queue to speak with her (I will also add that I am 404 weeks pregnant). She shouted ‘wait a minute!’ I was so shocked and upset with how she spoke to me. She wasn’t wearing a name badge (no surprise) but another colleague named Janet then took over and spoke to my husband and I but she wasn’t helpful and didn’t address what her colleague had just done even when I had raised how upset I was with the encounter of poor customer service and manners. What a shame as their roles are customer facing but both members of staff showed a complete lack of compassion and etiquette when dealing with customers. Has put me completely off of visiting this branch again. I will find out the member of staffs name and post again.

A scruffy looking third world bank branch even selling second hand books at times. What is going on there? It was a heartsinking experience having to use this bank before the virus with the lack of staff and efficiency, plus the poor environment, the endless queuing, poor signage and staff attitude . Now the virus restrictions just showcase the dreadful service and attitude towards the customers especially the elderly who wish to use counter service. New management and work ethic needed.

Dreadful bank. Really inefficient with long queues that the staff seem unable to manage. Poor layout /design. Not enough counter service but lots of space unused. Always leave feeling annoyed and frustrated after hours if wasted time. Urgently needs a new manager with intelligence and vision as this is completely lacking at the moment.

the staff mean well but fact is there's not enough of them about. Blame admin/budgeting and don't go there unless necessary
