I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at Bexleyheath. Without doubt the most attentive, caring, patient and knowledgeable people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I have very weird eyes and they have tirelessly helped me exceed my own expectations on the lenses I can have, the different options available to me, all without any sense of rush or pressure, I was reassured and made to feel completely at ease. Special shout out to the lovely young lad who is training to be an optician - I didn't get his name, but he particularly stood out to me because he took the time to understand my limitations and find ways to work around them. To say just a 'thank you' really isn't enough, but I am so grateful to you all.

Nice friendly staff. But can't help me with student offers. After receiving a reply. 20% off designer glasses makes no sense. Being a student means you don't have a lot of money. So what's the point in giving 20% of frames that cost 100s when your cheaper range should be discounted and also free eye tests?

Lovely and helpful staff, last week i booked an appointment to get my eye sight test at 3pm, as i had so much stuff to do i got there 2h before and they managed to let me in and get it done in no time. Brilliant sevice!

The testing facilities are very good. The selection of glasses is very poor and does not change from year to year.

Most staff very helpful. Not quite sure of the rules because was told various things by different staff, but in context we were treated very well, each time had to go there within a couple of weeks.
