Mixed review here, decided to give it 4/5 overall. Their Covid safe environment was definitely lacking on my eye sight visit. One member of staff constantly wore her mask below her nose. At one point under her chin to speak on the phone, no real concern that there, however, she continued to do so as she walked to get something of the printer, still talking into the phone, no mask and immediately next to where I had been told to sit to wait for my eye exam! Eye exam was excellent, very thorough with everything clearly explained. After a bit of inattention to start with when it came to choosing my frames, that part of the process went well afterwards too. I received regular updates and collected them despite the confusion over whether I needed an appointment to do so (another customer had a waisted trip despite doing so while I was there). The store were kind enough to send some information out I was promised would be there when I collected my glasses but wasn't and called to check I had received it. Serviced my last couple of pairs of glasses so I had some spares for emergencies too.

The staff who saw me seemed very knowledgeable and had an easy manner, however before I was seen, I waited for over 20 minutes even though there was only one other person before me. A "sorry, we'll see you soon" would have been nice especially since I had booked an appointment

My partner came to have his eye tested and he was well looked after by the professionals. The service was excellent. Sayana (the optometrist) was brilliant, very professional, caring and informative. She spotted something and explained everything clearly. She should be recognized for superior patient care and customer service, I will definetely book my eye test again with her and will recommend to my friends and family. The new prescription is perfect and vision is spot on - sharp!

Prompt service, very thorough, everything cleaned before and after use. Seamless, although I have yet to receive my new glasses, only been a week since appointment. I have used them for years as they always do that little bit extra.
