Initially, this company seemed like a solid choice. Very pleasant via text and telephone. Arrived at the specified time and was quite cordial. After a tour of the areas in need of remodeling, but, in reality, after explaining to him that we would need a legitimate estimate, the “contractor” who was decked out in a yellow construction helmet the entire time (why?) explained that the “ACTUAL” contractor would not be able to begin this job for a number of months (what?) and that an estimate could only be given once the OTHER CONTRACTOR had seen the job which couldn’t happen for at least six weeks (AGAIN, WHAT?) Sent a follow up text a few days later wondering if the contractor had a few minutes to stop by, perhaps sooner, as their google listing showed their office to be about two blocks away, which was met with something about “I’m only following orders"...(WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?) so, yeah. There is something DEFINITELY shady about this outfit. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend that anyone hire or attempt to hire them for ANYTHING. I would give zero stars for wasting my time if it were possible, but, I digress.
