PHC adds to it as a local industry providing of 100% hand knitted woolen products to uplift the art and talent of local women with the way of living. Bhaktapur City is also known as "Ancient Newari Town"​ "khwopa"​ has mostly newar community. Most of Newari are local farmer and women are illiterate and bound to household chores. They have no source of income to support their family. Weaving and Knitting our product could be there good opportunity to have some income to their home and support in well-being of family, economically. So based on this concept PHC start to marge their talent and spray in global market. Our products are environment friendly and do not relate to deforestation and 100% handmade. We manufacture 100% hand knitted hats, caps, gloves, sweaters, jackets, socks, ponchos, dolls, bags etc. with skillful hands of local women and totally free of child labor. The main philosophy PHC has been to promote Nepalese Handmade products to encourage and develop skills as well as lifestyle of local people here in Bhaktapur, and different places of Nepal as well.
