I am a regular traveler and was in kolkata previous week, and had booked their cab online. The driver was NOT on time and I had to wait for almost an hour. Taxi was shabby, dirty and looked non sanitized. Driver was absolutely non professional, eating tobacco and indifferent to us. After sometime,he forced me to talk to some of his broker ,for another booking next day, instead of allowing me to talk to call center agent. This person arranged for next cab without telling me the price. The call center agent, when contacted by me at this point, was not responding. Everything was priced at rs 58001100/-, but this fellow asked for more then 90000/-, plus all toll plus parking,which they never paid anywhere, except 3 tolls. Iwill strongly recommend all new customers to verify the details before paying any advance payment or better avoid this company. The lower staff are more than cheaters and non-standard catagory. They have nothing to do with service and quality. I willl term my experience with them as hopeless and being cheated.

Fully satisfied with their service I've booked a cab for outstation journey on 8 September 2020 from Howrah to kanchrapara round trip. The driver Md. Azhar was on time (15 minutes late but acceptable because I've booked only 1 hour before journey).car was clean he sanitized the car in front of me. He was very well behaved professional driver and guided me about the city and roads.he wore the mask throughout the journey. rent was also very good as compare to ola.so if you are new to Kolkata and want cab service I recommend you to book from bharat taxi.

I needed a car for a long distance travel the very next day and I decided to approach them. The business responded pretty well and I was given the driver and car details on time. Even the driver reached the location right on time and it was overall a smooth ride. I'm giving it 4-stars as we were not told there's a particular speed limit(depending on the car) they cannot exceed due to safety guidelines.

I had an appointment with my doctor on the day of lockdown in Kolkata. While, I was unable to book any other cabs due to total lockdown, I tried Bharat Taxi. They provided me a cab. The most important and best thing was that the car was well sanitized. The driver was professional and polite. Experienced a safe and excellent service. Thank you team Bharat Taxi . I wanted a 6 seater car for 2 days 1 night. Here I got the minimum price compared to all the taxi services. Price was inclusive of everything which means no hidden charges at all (except parking and toll charges). You pay what you see. I booked an Ertiga but got Innova instead. Kind of an upgrade free of cost. Out trip was smooth. Payment was easy. You can book a taxi by paying just 10%of the total bill and rest can be paid after the trip ends. I was never asked for a single rupee during the entire journey. This impressed me a lot. Taxi was on time as promised. No complaints at all with the service of Bharat Taxi. However, when our trip ended, driver started demanding money and kept on insisting us to pay for his stay of the previous night. Which we ignored as it wasn't mentioned in the bill. I guess this totally depends on the person who comes with the car. So I suggest not to pay anything to driver if you book with Bharat Taxi. I will surely try them again for my next trip because they are budget friendly and quite responsive too.
