Suzuki two wheeler showroom. Sales and service available here.when compare to cost with other showrooms prices too high is here.customer service is poor.too much money minded staff .they are taking for money to issue our vehicles registation number plate.sale after service is also not good.they are taking extra charges from customers.every time extended our complaints for next servicing.
Very good place to buy a Suzuki vehicle.service is also good when compared to before service. service manager is very good he delivered my vehicle in one hr.
Worst in all . I don't know why the showroom is held. They only take care about what they want and don't even respect the customer's ( complaint ) they manage with their words that's it. No time punctuality waste of time waste of money too. Bad in service . They will do the work after the time which was given by the showroom estimated delivery. While we are in showroom after the time which was given by the showroom then the process starts . (All time getting angry with this team) . Their is no proper way and the mechanic team has said that they have attended only 1class in their service training. shame on this. Their are a lot of complaints with my new bike but the team has just extending the days . So don't go with this showroom . I'm personally experiencing with this one .

Worst service center ever faced in my suzuki life time.. Don't call and ask them whether there is vacancy for bike service They may say yes bring your vehicle we will do service. Once you go with bike They reject saying audit and other stuff. They will take years to service From past one week I'm facing issues with this service center
Don't go. For 900rs parts replacement GST and labour charges comes 650rs. They will change the parts without intimating.while doing the service handle lever was broken, their fault, They changed and imposed the part price as well as service charges and GST. For service 200rs, for oil change 100rs, for brake oil change 50rs etc., Goes on and on... DON'T GO U WILL BE LOOTED
