I bought one of their explosion proof inline fans to vent fumes from my paint booth. I requested 2-day shipping. A week later, it still had not shipped, so I called and cancelled my order. I had issues finding an explosion proof inline fan elsewhere that was under 400, so I gave them another chance and ordered another fan. When it arrived, I found out it was not an inline fan as I could only attach duct to one side of the fan. I attempted to return it and contacted them via email, and phone and was unable to return as no one responded or followed up. A few weeks later, I received a 2nd fan that I did not order or pay for. I again tried to contact them, but without any success, so now I have 2 of these fans that are completely useless to me. I guess I could sell them both to get the money back I spent on 1 but would have preferred to do a simple return for the money I spent. They're customer service is non existent.

Good company, competitive pricing, with a fairly knowledgeable staff. We have had problems in the past with them, but since then, they have removed the worker who seemed to just get on everyone's nerves. Daniel is an expert and can point you in the direction you need though. Give them a shot.
