Poor poor poor customer service. No support from builder. No motivation in their team to address customer issues. False promises and poor coordination between the staff. I am afraid this is slowly drifting towards the foot steps of Aakriti group. Management must focus on CUSTOMER CUSTOMER CUSTOMER before existing CUSTOMERS run away.

We have Booked a duplex at one of the projects, Sagar Silver Springs, of Agrawal Builders. The house is occupied 10 days back itself and there were genuine problems like misconnections in electrical wiring causing current in taps, lights etc not working properly due to this miscommunication, lot of seepage in multiple rooms etc. Complained to customer care guys as well who assured me that they will get it resolved shortly. However, no action have been taken from there end as well and after 2-3 reminders, they have stopped attending my calls as well. If they resolve my problem, everyone will get to know as I will change this rating to 5 star. Else, do understand that my issue hasn't been resolved by them. By the way, majority of 5 star reviews are from faculty of SAGE group colleges who haven't even purchased any property of Sagar group.
