This place brought me the best kebab in Bhopal, Mutton shami kebab to be precise. At this budget, Begum’s BBQ is extremely sophisticated with a touch of antiquity. The service is commendable. One thing very special about this place is its desserts. One has to try out the Shahi Tukda or the Chocolate Mousse here.

The place had the finest food we had ever had. I'd recommend this place to every foodie, looking for Mughalai food out there. You must try their non-veg platter and their pudding for dessert. Their antique ambience is another plus point for anyone looking for an amazing meal in archaic surrounding.

Not true to its theme. Limited variety of BBQ items and very limited traditional Bhopali dishes. Beautiful interior but slightly disappointing as it was not what I was expecting from a heritage theme restaurant. Taste was okay.

It was my first visit to @begumsbbq and I must say the experience was quite nice. The restaurant is just opposite of Iqbal maidan, decorated with pictures of Begums, antique watch and chandelier, nice wooden furniture which will definitely give you a feel of sitting in a Begum's dining room. . Food menu is full of non vegetarian rolls, kebab, korma, BBQ buns, platter, biriyani, deserts, even a special body builder's delight. I chose Mutton Haleem, chicken Begum's special roll and mutton shami kebab. Haleem was quite tasty and sufficient for one. Roll was very light, less oil, soft with well cooked chicken. Shami kebab was soft, melt in mouth, full of spices. . All in all, a good place to visit for non vegetarians. .
