I was facing some issue in the steering of my Grand i10 Nios Sportz AMT. After inspection it came out to be replacement of reduction gear which was replaced under warranty. Absolutely happy with the work done. I am still waiting for another week so that I can drive and review it. I would have given 5 Star rating for the same but where I got disappointed was I asked them to get my car washed after all work is done. I purposefully went to the washing area to inspect whether my car is getting cleaned properly or not. Washing staff wasn't aware that I'm the owner. They didn't even bothered to vaccum the car neither they washed the floor mats. When I raised my voice they were like "sir vaccum mar dia hai" then I showed them the dust particles which were easily visible for which they accepted it and removed the dust and did the vacuum process.
