When I was looking for two wheeler insurance there were two things I was searching for, good customer service and value for money and ICICI Lombard had both these. No doubt the product is great, but most importantly, the people are outstanding. Recommending this insurance to every two wheeler buyer.

I am a resident of Bhopal and had purchased international travel insurance policy from ICICI Lombard. I must say that I got excellent coverage for a reasonable cost. Although, I didn't need to use it, but I was happy that I was "covered" just in case.

We didn't have to use it, so I cannot comment on the travel insurance claim processing, but it was very important to have a policy in case if something happens. I can say that the MP Nagar Branch people did make my selection and purchase of this policy very easy. A big thumbs up to them.

I hold my bike insurance policy with ICICI Lombard from last 2 years and I must say it's a good insurance policy when compared to all other. I normally prefer to pay my premium online on their website. I have not opted for any cashless treatment so can't comment on claim experience. I am okay with the coverage and benefits of this policy.

I have car insurance policy which I have taken a year back, and now I have to renew it for the next year. The representative not only called me for the reminder but also updated me about the new additions and changes to my policy. The MP Nagar, Bhopal branch people are helpful.
