Worst experience ever.. . the receptionist stated five minutes waiting time. Almost waited for one hour. Just kept on saying five minutes. The lady at the reception was so unprofessional. Don't have professional staff nor right approach towards the customer. If you have hours to spend/cut for just one hair cut visit this salon. Pathetic. I wish I can give zero rating.

I am extremely impressed with the haircut I got here. My stylist was Manish. He quickly understood what I was looking for (a complex textured bob with front bangs). It was one of the best haircuts I have had in a long time. Got my eyebrows threaded from a lady there which was on point too. Highly recommended this salon.

It was an awesome experience at ideal salon. My hair was done by Mr Manish. I got nano polish (the term too was new fr me) and hair color. Mr Manish is patient and dexterous .Am happy with final results. Then I got detan facial by Mrs Geeta. For the first time, I can say I have got such a professional facial. I dnt belong to bhopal. I went there after reading reviews of other ppl. They really r genuine. Thats why I took time to give my review. Even though I had to travel a bit from my place, but it was worth. Highly recommended.
