While the products are of good quality, the customer experience was pathetic. As a customer, my basic requirement of an invoice for purchase was not fulfilled. I had placed two orders for CBD oil and required a proper invoice for insurance claim purposes. I have been following up non-stop and my request is still not resolved. Now my texts or calls are not being responded to. I am considering moving to a different vendor and would advise the same to anybody who is looking for legitimate purchase documents
