Worst experience ever, we'll never ever gonna go there again. We asked for Rica wax and their irresponsibility just burnt my sister's skin. One of her hand is really in great pain. The skin is damaged for few weeks I guess. She even can't able to sleep. And don't know how long scar will remain on her hands.
