They concentrate more on making money and also the treatment depends on the type of service you are taking. They need to understand that every customer is important. I went today just for threading and the owner said that nobody is free and I have to wait for half an hour without making any effort, but the other day when I went for an hair spa, the treatment was quiet different as it is an expensive service. Quiet disappointed by their service. They need to work on that. On the other hand, whenever I go to Lakme or any other salon, the customer satisfaction is their top priority irrespective of the service you are taking. Naturals lalghati, you need to realise that you are not the only salon in the city and people have other options too. I'm not gonna go back to this place.

Very rude staff ...I went for treading services and they just abruptly answered it cannot be done today. They don't care how far you are coming for or give a option to wait for a while. I am sure if I had a costlier Service they would have made time.
