The worst ever furniture store with worst support and attitude of staff. I purchased a table on 25th January from stellar furniture located in phoenix mall Hoshangabad road Bhopal. The table they have delivered to me was damaged. The base of the table has a large hole also the knobs of drawers are damaged. While they are delivering the table I asked them to take that piece and deliver a new piece to me. Then the delivery people said that have other articles which they have to deliver at some other places so I should take it and talk on the store for the damage. I have done so and talked to the people on store. They told me that they will change all the damaged part and if possible they will give me a new table. The days passed away and they always told me that they need 2 days more , 1 day more. They have picked up the table in may for repair and believe me the repair work done to table make it more horrible. Then I asked them to give me refund. Now till date i.e on 5th aug they haven't provided me any table or any refund. It is the worst experience of my life.
