Third class service from lesser than C Grade people. Earlier staff were somewhat better but now the current staff thinks that they are being recruited here so they are much more special than anybody else. The time for lunch is 2 to 2:30 but all the staff resumes duty after 2:50pm. Also, if objected, they show their useless supremacy and stupid smartness. There is no option to give less than one star

They are having better arrangements for pensioners. But staff is very rude. You have to beg to get your own money. No procedure at all. Political contact is must if you want to get work done. Or you will keep going to bank for 7-8 times ..

This branch is almost located at centre of Bhusawal and it's relatively bigger than any other banks in city but that's why it remains crowded throughout the day. Even people form queue right before bank is about to open. This branch have one deposit machine wich remains out of service most of the time. A passbook printing machine is good. Also the branch have two ATM machines so probability of getting cash is fair enough. Parking is not enough and full with garbage.

I visited this bank branch today for updating mobile number, one of the worst employees of SBI works here, the window 13 lady employee was very rude to everyone visiting her window, as if doing a favor to customers , SBI should send home such employees and hire fresh enthusiastic young people.
