The staff is extremely rude and uncooperative. I'm a student and wanted to open a new bank account, and because of this horrible customer service, guess I'll go with HDFC or ICICI or any of the dozens more.

There are only 5 counters available in the branch, among these 5 counters, one counter always remains closed and sometimes two also. You need to wait atleast 30 mins to deposit a cash, for cash withdrawal due to high crowd(account holders). Here, cash deposit machine and two state bank ATM are available but you need to wait in the queue.

Bank is very well but staff is hope less 5 counters in bank and 2 counters always closed but atm is well staff not available in branch for costumers plz change the staff
