I had a very bad experience in this workshop. This review is genuine, and worst turnout of work done by these people. I changed by rear door of dezire vehicle and painting done awkwardly . I pointed out the mistake and they too accepted their mistake and they assured me to rectify the mistake. But after three days , they called me to take the vehicle . When I went and see they have not done any work and given back to me with the same condition . The service people here no how to behave and response to customers. No customer care manager and everyone acts as if like boss. To my surprise, the bill amount reflected in vishnu cars maruti Suzuki app was different when matched with hard copy of the bill given to me. When I enquired no explanation was given by them. No body workshop is available in chidambaram, hence, it seems there was no coordination of work taken by this branch with cuddalore branch. Staff coordination is very poor. Literally, no customer care. My view better avoid this service station for your valuable vehicle service.
