My husband bought a Automtsm Cargate 800 on 2.5.19 having been recommended to buy this model as opposed to the cheaper version. Today (3.2.19) he fitted it but, it did not work. So, he returned it to the shop however the assistant initially was not prepared to do anything to help. After some discussion the assistant tried the motor but of course it would not work. He rang the manufacturer, after some insistence, and he was given some advice which he subsequently tried. It worked at the first attempt but when it was tried again it did not work. He would not accept that the product was faulty. This is not acceptable customer service.
