I visited this gas station on a Sunday when there is only automated self service. I put 20 euros into the machine and filled up my tank. I spent around 4.10 euros. I went to get my change from the machine - no change was issued. I received a receipt with a code that said I could use my balance later. I came back the next day (I am driving a small Vespa) to try out the code and fill up my tank. The code did not work. I explained to the attendant. He made a big show of pulling up the video camera records from the day before. I kept asking, where is my 15 euros? Can we call the company that manages this machine? He just said I should go to the Carabinieri. Why would I go report this to the police when he could have helped me solve this or given me the credit himself? The 20 euros was sitting inside the machine and someone has to open the lock on the back at certain times to empty the cash inside. No help whatsoever and 15 euros is a bottle of wine or 2 bottles of olive oil in Tuscany! Come on!

Letto prezzo 1.299 metto gasolio pago ala macchinEtta e scopro che il prezzo è di 1.580. Complimenti bel Volponi si perché il titolare o chi era non so era lì a truffare la gente.
