I received a pack of metallic pens and one was already dried out. I contacted the company and returned the pen. Bic listened, replaced the pen as promised with no fuss. Good customer service is rare these days and I am sure companies get tired of disingenuous complaints, so I can't thank Bic enough for taking the time to attend to my genuine concern. Is it a shame that my expectations are so low these days that normally I would just put up with an expensive dried out pen? I'm glad that I went to the trouble of contacting the company! Thanks guys, you've lightened my outlook.
