Found hair in pizza. Called to complain, they've head me and put me on hold. 3 min later someone put the phone down on me, and then the same for five times. I won't argue, or visit your shop for 20 back. But, I wonder, have you ever heard of internet reviews? You can buy fake reviews on just eat and yell but here on google, soon the local guides will show who's real and who's fake. DON'T EAT THERE, you've been warned!
They have the biggest pizzas in Oxfordshire! Absolutely delicious, fast service - we're lucky to have this in Bicester! Don't hesitate to eat from these guys

So, firstly the food from this place you can not fault! Always hot when arrives and tasty, no issues at all there. However, the delivery is usually really good but the last few times for delivery it has been 20-60 minutes late. To be told once that it should be with us in about 3 minutes and then phoning up and being told that they have just left! It was more frustrating because if we were told the truth at the start then I wouldn't be bothered with it. I'm not sure if it has been late recently due to Covid-19 and there being more business heading their way but either way, if we're told the truth about a delivery time then I would have been more than happy. I have worked in retail and at the end of the day it's just easier to be honest Again, can not fault the food. Always delicious!!
