Great service from Dean at Phoneland. Contacted him on Friday afternoon about a broken charging port on my phone. Arranged for the repair to be carried out the next day. Dean confirmed he had the part before I left home and the repair was carried out within an hour at a good price. Couldn't ask for more.

Absolute joke, Dean Giddy the owner replaced my phone screen, when I left i realized it was not fitted properly and it did not work, the touch was all off, you pressed different parts of the screen it left marks as shown in photo. Took it back with the 30 day warranty still valid and all he wanted was an argument and to tell me that my phone was scratched now so he couldn't replace it without speaking to the supplier. Even though it was broken when fitted so broken anyway? So the fact he broke it more than my cracked screen he replaced and to then tell me it was my fault. And then to ask for further money as a deposit on a new screen, bit cheeky I think. So I walked out of the shop before things got hairy, and now a few weeks later my LCD screen has completely gone, took it to apple they said \ loose connection who the hell fitted this?\ I walked into vodafone after and asked about screen repairs and the local lads working there told me that you should never got to Phoneland LTD as their known as a stich up.. bit late! Anyway in the process of setting up a case with trading standards. SHOCKING. DO NOT USE!!
