It's been 5 months since we've had to put to sleep our beautiful ginger Tom due to the fact that he was failed to be diagnosed as a blocked cat and was released home. Just over a day later he was having a life saving surgery, but it was too late as too much damage has been inflicted to his kidneys! This will be with us for the rest of our lives and as such can never be forgotten or forgiven.

Thanks to all the staff at B. V. for the care and compassion bestowed on my dear dog and best friend Sammy for 14 years and also a special thank you to the young professional lady who looked after him and me on his last day of his 16 years with us and granted my only request to take a paw print from Sammy, her kindness and compassion will always be remembered. Sadly due to my personal health issues I don't think I could commit the time required to another pet therefore after much time pondering what to do with Sammy's print I decided to have a tattoo and now he is back at my side wherever I go. Great vets, it doesnt matter how small the animal, they're compassionate and give the best advise. The time came for my little hamster a couple of weeks, very sad time - but the vet was very considerate and I've since received this very kind card. Staff go the extra mile, thank you!
