Bought my Jamis bike here 6 years ago. Very happy with my purchase. I come to this shop for bike repairs as well. The customer service has been excellent. Their website contains a wealth of information. I will continue to use their business for all of my bike needs. 10/10
I recently bought an old Raleigh bicycle. Both tires were having cracks due to aging and inner tubes were the old type in which the valves require adapters. And the front tire doesn't hold air for over night. Besides, the chain keeps slipping off due to some derailleur issue. Since I had very nice experience with them a few year ago, although I am living in PA now, I still decided to take the bicycle to Bicycle Rack. They suggested me to replace both tires and said they would take a look at the chain issue. After less than a week, they called me and told me everything was fixed and they fixed the derailleur for free. I pick up the bicycle on Saturday. The bicycle was in an excellent condition and shifting became very smooth. And they charged very reasonable price again. Now I am riding this bicycle every day exercising. Thanks so much, Bicycle Rack, for giving this great bicycle a second life. I will keep going to them for my future repairs.
I have been taking my Colnago vintage steel Italian bike to the Bicycle Rack a long with other bikes for years. Always treated like a neighbor. Honest prices for caring and professional work. My bike needed a new bottom bracket and Van and his great staff figured out a way to not only get the bracket off but had the frame in great condition ready to receive a new cartridge that they had in stock. They even touched up the frame and it is running like a new bike. Attention to detail and joy in their work is apparent.
Great shop and even better customer service! We always got our bikes here as kids. 20 years later, (haven't ridin a bike in 10-15 years) I was very happy to be able to come back and get a new bike. The bike I wanted had to be ordered but was delivered, built and ready for pick up within days. They took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel like I was getting the best bike for me. Can't say enough good things about this shop!
