I have owned three Sundance Spas for over the past 25 years. This last purchase has been disappointing and Biddle's service has been terrible. The Optima we purchased in April, 2019, needed a new heater almost immediately. It took 6 weeks for Biddle's to get the part and repair it. Our spa now needs a new temperature sensor and it has developed a leak. Biddle's Pool and Spa has failed to respond to our requests for maintenance and repairs. We have been waiting for over ONE YEAR for them to service our spa. We paid 15,328.65 with a 5 year warranty. We have made multiple requests, both over the phone and in person.This is horrible customer service and I can not recommend them.

Biddle's came out to our home and designed our backyard. They installed a hot tub, lighting and a firepit. It is to die for. I recommend Biddle's for your project. The process was super fast and completed on time with a quality product!
