Awful, awful service. Mother wanted to support a local business, when I suggested a number of larger chain stores. Fitting the machine Bideford Appliance Store ripped up the new lino that was fitted - blamed Mum for wanting it on the lino! Went in to the shop to complain and sort out, haven't heard a peep. Almost to the degree of fraudulence. Stay well clear and avoid like the plague.

Am really surprised to read some bad reviews, I've never had anything but great service from Garry and his wife is really helpful in the store. Just about to use again for several bits of equipment that I need for my new house. Garry has repaired lots of kit for me over the years and provided new, fitted everything and taken away the old stuff, Really good service.

Can I just say how impressed I was with the lady in your show room. Really pleasant and knowledgeable. I came in to buy a dryer belt. Gave her the model and she asked whether my dryer had been modified. Another local repair company were quite dismissive of such a small purchase in comparison to what they could have been making with another customer. This is why I googled Bideford Appliance Store. I am so glad I came to you guys. I rang Indesit which have been and modified the dryer. So I can now sleep easy. Thank you very much. I will certainly recommend you to others.
