I had some windows fitted a little while back. Quality was amazing, and fitted in easily. Finish had a slight grey patina over the winter, however I was quickly given advice on where to get another pot of finish to clean them up. Five stars

I had a window made by Bideford joinery a couple of years' ago at reasonable cost and good quality. Although they got the frame design wrong first time, they did promptly remake it for me! Time came for a second window, and they remembered me and the first window they had made. Sadly, it was very different from the first one and I took photos to show the difference. The person I spoke too became quickly confrontational and abusive, the upshot being a full refund and a parting shot to: '...stick the photos up my arse.'. I don't think I shall be going back... EDIT. Quite fascinating that Bideford Joinery had just one review from a year ago, and now another five glowing responses within the last 39 minutes. Makes you wonder, eh?
