Situation: Corona Online wird mit Click&Collect geworben, einzelne Artikel nicht online bestellbar. Als Begründung bekommt man \Nur in Geschäften verfügbar. Filiale in ihrer Nähe prüfen?\. Ergebnis: In der Filiale 20 Minuten entfernt gibt es das Teil -\u003e Ok, dann muss ich wohl zu dem Markt. Markt: geschlossen Mitarbeiter im geschlossenen Markt: Tun so als wäre man nicht da Online: nicht bestellbar Beworbenes \Click&Collect\: Nicht auswählbar Da kommt Freude auf: Über eine Stunde am Samstag dafür vergeudet festzustellen, dass es bei Lipo keine Kundenfreundlichkeit gibt. Aber genug Inkompetenz.
