first of all nearly no-one wears face mask properly (in fact there was literally one person among all visitors and stuff who did it properly; covering nose and mouth, not taking it off while talking) because of the pandemic restrictions you have to pick up your breakfast (the only meal you can be served at the hotel) and bring it to your room, the tray was too small and wonky it was quite a challenge to make three flights of stairs carrying it. I had reserved a spa package "wspólne wspomnienia" I received a different one (with less activities) instead which wasn't that bad after all cuz I wasn't satisfied whit the quality (e.g. bath took place in poorly ventilated and cleaned room) on the bright side: food was good (decent size portions), the room was huge (with baht) and had a nice view, there are plenty spots to park for free

The place is really great and it was perfect for a wedding. Breakfast and all meal served were exceptional, pool and yakuzi really nice... JUST two things: 1) no curtains means sun in your face at 6 am. No good if you want to sleep a bit longer. 2) no air conditioned. In June it was no big deal but when really hot days come... I really don't know how you can sleep before melting. All other aspects were super cool

The Hotel Palac Bielawa is a good place to stay, to explore the Gory Sowie by walking.
