Very professional staff. My appointment was on time, no waiting. Process is easy and they were good at explaining every step of the way. My favorite part of the experience was selecting my glasses because the lady helping me took her time and remained patient with me while I chose a frame. She was very nice and helpful. The entire staff exceeded all of my expectations.

Everyone, from the doctors to the optical technicians all are wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and positive. The doctors are always willing to answer questions and listen to your concerns. They have the latest equipment for a thorough exam. The tech's are helpful and willing to bring out 100 frames of the many they carry, if that's what it takes to meet your requirements. If adjustments are needed, no need for an appointment, someone is always available to help. You leave the office feeling positive, and looking great in your new glasses!

Your only as good as your lab that prepares your lenses. I went in to have the RX updated on my sunglasses (simple enough or so I thought). My glasses ended up coming back with white rings around the edges and a second time came back black instead of the brown coloring I ordered. Additionally Bifano sent my glasses back 3 more times of which I did not see those mistakes. Bifano blames the lab but at the end of the day if the lab cannot produce a simple lens update, why are you using that lab? I'm sorry to say Bifano will no longer have my business after this 6 weeks ordeal and still I received no correct sunglass lens ( I did get a full refund but that is not what I wanted, all I wanted was updated lens).

I recently wanted my contact prescription email to me so i can order some new contacts online but they would not email me my contact prescription it has been over 10 day. i only need a few more contacts to get thru these few months until i get my lasik done!
