I love this place. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. My husband and I were gonna get an electric guitar at Amazon, but we decided we would rather support a small business instead and get the guitar here at Apple music. I am glad we did! We got a sweet guitar at a discounted price. They really helped us get what we wanted and it was a great experience.

I have not experienced such good customer service like this in decades. Found a beautiful guitar on eBay that was being sold by Big Apple Music. Instead of going back and forth to ask specific questions I had, I decided to give the store a call. Spoke with Mark 3 (works in drums) and he looked for the guitar but couldn’t find it. He told me the owner and his son (Mark 1 and 2) weren’t in and attempted to reach out to them about the status of the guitar. Mark 1 (owner) called me right back, gave me a great rundown of the product, sold it to me at a more than fair price and was just an overall professional. This is why America needs Mom and Pop stores and not tons of chains or Amazon taking over. I felt welcomed and I felt my business was appreciated. Thanks to Big Apple Music, you guys rock
