Big City cut down 12 trees in my backyard and grind down the stumps. Owner was very easy to work with and responsive to messages/questions. The cost for the service was a great value, and they cleaned up before they left. Very satisfied.

Great experience working with Rich and his team for a huge live oak that we had leaning over our house. Communication was excellent, easy to reach via phone call or text which made correspondence faster! I always got an answer or a phone call back within a few hours. Rich set clear expectations, arrived on time and took care of the tree within 4 hours. The guys did a great job cleaning up the work site and leaving everything in good condition. Pricing was competitive compared to other quotes we had received, and Big City Tree came recommended by friends and neighbors in the area. They did not disappoint!

Excellent Company. They did exactly what they promised in the time they estimated and at the cost they estimated. There cost was very competitive well worth it! Rich and his crew were very courteous, knowledgeable and always concerned about the quality of their work, the safety of all involved and our satisfaction with their efforts. Finally, their clean up work was so through other than the, now gone, tree limbs you wouldn’t know they had been there! I highly recommend this company!
