Would not recommend for any Jeep soft-top service. We ordered a Big Top soft-top for our Jeep through them and have had nothing but problems and no communication from them. Parts came in on February 4th and were installed. That evening, it was raining and the soft-top leaked so much there was water actively dripping over the entire seam on both wheel wells. We brought it back, thinking it might have been a manufacturer issue. The guy there tested it with us, saw the drip, and said he'd contact the manufacturer. No offer to help with the leak. TWO WEEKS passed with no word from Big Country. We had been trying to fix it to discover that it hadn't been properly installed in the first place and thus why it was dripping so much. We call AGAIN and spoke to a woman. We ask if we can bring it for them to stretch out the material with a heat gun again to fix the leak and she tells us that they don't have a heat gun. She says she'll contact the manufacturer again directly and we still haven't heard from them. We borrowed a heat gun from someone else and did the work ourselves to properly fit the new material to the Jeep. Big Country did not install our soft-top correctly. Big Country did not test to see if their 'work' was done correctly. Big Country has not communicated with us at all or offered even a moment of help.

I would recommend them to any other 4Runner owner. Knowledgeable, helpful, prompt service, and competitive pricing. I just upgraded the suspension on my 5th gen. Very happy. Should have done it earlier.

Great Work! Lot's of new parts put on our Jeep, and in the end we were extremely satisfied with the time it took and the price. I must have emailed these guys 20 times prior to getting the Jeep in. There were a few things I checked closely and was very impressed with the workmanship.
