Efficient, respectable and professional. Showed up on time, polite and knowledgeable. They replaced a broken indoor sewer pipe in a very OLD home ( not a pleasant job to say the least) Highly recommend and would ( and am planning ) hire again.

Brad is fantastic. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and funny too. Explains everything so you understand and gives options to save you money. Extremely patient and understanding and provides very reasonable prices. Just a great human being and an excellent professional, highly recommend.
Got an estimate from Brad for a new boiler/furnace. Brad was very professional and his prices were competitive. I ended up choosing another company to do the job, but BC is highly recommended and I will definitely consider them for future projects.
They cancelled my appointment on the day of scheduled service twice, and on the third try they never showed for their late AM appointment, and they never called to update me that they would be late. I finally called them at 3pm and cancelled everything. When I cancelled, it seemed like they didn’t even cared that I cancelled. Good luck to all their future customers, I won’t be one.
Extremely rude and seemed like he had no clue what he was saying considering he said one thing then completely changed it the following sentence. And apparently they charge for estimates all set! Thanks buddy
