Owner must have too much business. He couldn't return even 1 of my 3 calls. Even when I called at the stated time he asked me to the following day. Ill take my business to the professionals from now on. Used glass at new prices. About 10 years ago they broke my wiper arm installing a windshield. I paid 90 out of pocket on line and replaced it myself. They had the excuse it must have been ready to break so they were not liable or obligated to provide a replacement. Commonly does not offer a receipt or guarantee their work. Typical of a small time self owned business in my area. Oh well satellite even vacuums the mess out of your vehicle and comes to your door to install. They also stand behind their work.

I needed a small piece of glass for a door. I called at 7:30 at night to find out what the hours are so I could be there in the morning. And believe it or not someone was there and they were ready at 7 o’clock in the morning for me. I walked in, handed them to the glass, three minutes later I walked out. What a great experience, locally owned, professional, and very nice.

Went there to get some glass and sign work done, talked with one gentleman first time . Even left all the measurements. Assured me they would get back with me . Never even called me even after I called 2 weeks later to check for my quote. (Left a message with a lady for the gentleman to call me back that I was waiting to hear about the cost of my replacement windows and signs ). Note.. I know the names but it's not my place to place them on the web . Personally to me it was bad business, lack of communication on their part. And leaving me hanging for over three weeks waiting to hear back on a quote. Took my glass order to another local.. business...
