It was big, and it was fun! We went at 9.30 on a Sunday to make sure it was quieter and it paid off. It felt very safe as everyone had their temperature taken on the way in, hand sanitiser was easily accessible, and everyone wore masks.

It would be no star if it was possible. Booked a time slot for 1.30. Arrived and there was a huge que, a guy took all our temperatures in line. Got to the door said no mask no entry. Put a mask on to tell them the name it was booked under ....but then you could take the mask off when inside \u200d️ joke. Pointlesss. Got in at 1.45 and finally sat down at 1.50-1.55 because Tables had signs on were you couldnt sit due to distancing so not enough tables for the amount that was there. Went to order drinks and food which i waited for over half an hour to be served, for them to announce no more food orders. I did get food eventually. Was called but whilst eating it said the session was over. Just before 3 oclock Literally kicked us out the kids were putting their shoes on whilst walking out. So it was 6.95 per child!! i had to even pay 4.95 for a baby that cant even sit up!! So all that money for 1 hour. Absolute disgrace. I wont be returning i will be going elsewhere. Id avoid if you have any sense.
Their version of social distancing is disgusting. Let's say for arguments sake they have 100 tables, every second one is blocked off so they have 50 available. Each table seats 4 so they are letting in 200 people per session. Absaloute joke. No parents were wearing masks, teenagers in the under two's play area. Minimum staff so kids were going down the slides in three's and four's and the one teenage member of staff was just watching walking around with her hands in her pockets. Would highly recommend Monkey Business as they are doing it right. This place is literally letting in as many people in as possible as taking no precautions to keep kids and adults safe. Come here if you wanna see a spike in covid cases. Ridiculous.
You have to queue outside at your alloted time, there is no social distancing. Once they open the doors you have to wait for them to temperature check everyone, by the time you Eventually get in you've lost 15 minutes. Face masks to be worn at all times.....until you literally set foot in the place and it's a free for all! No masks, sanitiser that feels like it's been watered down, huge queues for food/drinks again no distancing and no masks. It was busy. Far too busy. It was an absurd waste of money, for 2 children and 1 adult for what was basically 1 hr and 15 mins was 15. I won't be back.
On a wet and windy afternoon this is a fairly good place to bring the kids. It's big, clean and there is a selection of food and drink. It was ok. Some down sides are that some if the slides are certainly not suitable for kids under say 6, but the access to them is manned by personnel, though I'm not sure if they stop a young child from going in or if they are there to just ensure for example that they go down one at a time. Secondly, it was a shame that not all the trampolines were open (only half were available), not sure why, but again these were manned by personnel, but again to what end I'm not sure.
